We hope you’re happy with your purchase, as each scent is blended and packed with care. Since perfume is a personal and delicate item, all sales are final and non-refundable.
However, if you’ve received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll do our best to make it right.
To request an exchange due to a wrong or damaged item, email us at frm.ytd@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
Please note: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
